Payments

Payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
This amount is refundable up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the amount will not be refundable.

Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).

In case of payment by bank transfer, the latter will be valid for the confirmation of the reservation only if correctly paid within 3 days from the date on which the reservation is made.

The tourist tax is excluded from the payment made on our website, therefore it will be requested in cash upon arrival at the property. The tourist tax is € 1 per person per day for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, excluding children under 12 years old.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years old are considered as non-paying guests.
No extra beds are available.

Unless otherwise indicated, the cost of linen and energy consumption are included in the price. Any additional services requested by the customer (such as additional cleaning, additional change of linen, etc.) are not included in the price, therefore they have an additional cost and must be settled on site.
Any services involving external structures must be agreed with the management of the facility and authorised by it.

In case you require an extension of your stay, simply inform the person in charge, who, after checking availability, will be able to agree by applying the prices foreseen for the requested period.

In case you wish to shorten your stay, we are still forced to request the balance for the period of the reservation.

Once the booking is confirmed, even in the event of price or conditions changes by the property, the customer will still be guaranteed the agreed conditions.

The published prices are per night for the rental of the entire accommodation in the selected period.

Reservation

By making a reservation in the manner provided on our website, the customer accepts the terms and conditions which will take effect for both the customer and the Torre Di Canonica structure.
You will receive the booking confirmation from the Torre Di Canonica structure electronically.
If there are differences between the data reported on the booking confirmation and the information reported on the site, those reported on the booking confirmation will be considered valid.

Any special requests from the customer must be specified in the notes at the time of booking and confirmed via email by the property.

Cancellation of the reservation requires that:

If the reservation is made at least 48 hours before the check-in date, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the stay.
If the reservation is made between 48 hours before the check-in date and the day of check-in, a penalty of 100% of the stay fee will be applied, the payment will not be refunded.

Any cancellation must necessarily be communicated electronically to the facility via email to the addresses indicated in the confirmation email. For this request, the date of receipt of the cancellation notice will be valid, which will be followed by an email from the facility confirming it.

Check-in/out

After making the payment, the customer receives a booking confirmation email which will specify the details needed to check-in and the conditions to be respected.
The customer must respect the check-in times (from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm) unless any specific requests of the same and agreed with the facility are accepted.

The customer must respect the check-out times (by 10:00 am) unless any specific requests of the same are accepted and agreed with the facility.
Request for check-in before 15:00: the property accepts the request only if the accommodation is already ready. This communication can only take place on the day of check-in, as soon as these conditions arise.

Check-in will take place using the “self check-in” solution, according to which the property, by telephone, will give the necessary instructions to let the customer enter the accommodation. The management will be responsible and available until the customer has officially entered the accommodation.
Check-in after 12:00 am: no refund will be made on the first night.
No refund is provided if the client does not occupy the apartment from the scheduled day. If the delay is made, the costs of the unused days will still be charged.

In case of delays with respect to the communicated arrival time, the customer must promptly communicate the updated expected time to +39 3780677661.

Payments

The minimum stay in the apartment is 1 or 2 consecutive nights depending on the period of the stay.

Tenant's obligations

The tenant undertakes to occupy the accommodation with diligence, respecting all the rules of good neighborliness.

Any damage caused by the tenant or other occupants must be reported immediately to the management. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him or by other occupants. The same applies if the accommodation, due to the negligence of the tenant, cannot be handed over to the next tenant. The cost of the damage is assessed by the management and subsequently communicated.

Heating

 

The cost of heating is included in the rental price.

Given the energy supply situation and the laws in force, the use of heating (switch-on period, switch-off period, temperature) is regulated by provisions that vary from region to region. Indicatively, heating systems can operate from November to April. Consequently, heating must be considered usable during the same period.

Animals

 

Pets are not allowed in all our accommodations.​

Extra beds

 

There are no extra beds provided under any circumstances.

Occupancy capacity

 

The occupancy of the accommodation is limited to the number of people mentioned in the description (including children over 3 years old). The management will not accept entry if the number of people exceeds that expected.

Information regarding services and infrastructure in the location (means of transport, shops, restaurants, wineries, supermarkets, etc.) is provided by third parties, therefore it is possible that it is not constantly updated. The property is not responsible for any changes in timetables and services provided.

​

If, before the rental period or during such period, unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances prevent the delivery of the rented object, endanger the customer or the owner and/or compromise the provision of the service to such an extent as to make the execution of the contract impossible, the Torre Di Canonica property will endeavor to find alternative solutions.

Claims and Complaints

If upon arrival or during the stay the customer should find damage to the accommodation or substantial differences compared to what is indicated on the booking confirmation, he can immediately report the problem to the management at the number +39 3780677661. In case of failure to promptly report upon arrival or during the stay, the accommodation will be considered free from any problems.
